As an employee with the task of helping create databases for several different employers, I have lots of hands-on experience creating and using databases. Having handled ingesting over 1,000,000,000 data-points I not only understand what real-world data looks like, but how to standardize, format, and clean data for its particular use in business applications or data analysis. After collecting, standardizing, and generally making the data usable, my previous roles shifted into management, analysis, and generally running reports on the information stored in the database. I've done this using R, SQL, Python, Tableau, and other programs, and have happily learned entirely new programs, languages, and techniques to achieves goals or results. I also made automated Excel sheets using formulas and VBA to reducing bureaucratic paperwork, data collection, and report generation.
Having lived in 7 different places across 3 different continents, and having visited over 45 different countries, I am very familiar with living, working, and operating in multicultural environments. I enjoy learning about the many different cultures across the world and love working towards better understanding them. This desire and exposure to different cultures allowed me the opportunity to learn German, French, and some Mandrin, in addition to currently learning Spanish and Catalan. I regularly use this knowledge for better communication, including on technical topics, interpersonal interactions, and in daily life.
My Google Data Analytics Certificate also helped expand and solidify my abilities and understanding of what skills, information, and data could be useful for companies, clients, and employers, and how to find, collect, clean, analyze, and present that data.

Having just moved to Barcelona, I became interested in looking at the short-term rental industry in Barcelona for use by friends and family. I used AirBnB's publically provided data to create a visualization and analysis of rental properties in Barcelona between June 2024 and June 2025. This analysis ended up showing a couple things, including the impacts of tourism on prices, the areas where prices are higher, and which seasons have higher or lower prices.

I was approached by the President of Catalina Council's board to use the information they had collected to visualize each BSA Troop's and Cub Scout Pack's locations, along with their relavent information. They used this information to try and help smaller troops/packs to collaborate with other troops/packs towards holding larger and more ambitious events for their kids.
